Hot PB Summer Beer Mile

THE BEER MILE

We are excited to announce that we will be ending the night with a famous beer mile.

The Beer Mile is a one of a kind event where you combine speed, stamina and sips.

How does the Beer Mile work?

In a team of 4…

• Drink 1 beer

• Run 1 lap (400m)

• each team member repeats

= 4 beers + 4 laps = 1 beer mile

Make a team of 4 people to enter or go solo!! (One ticket per team team, up to 4 people)

Hot PB Summer

The Say Yes Club invites you to an exclusive night at the track to take on a 5k pb. This could be your first ever, your fastest, or you first 5k since <insert yours>

This is NOT A RACE and you will also not be judged on the pace you run at, this is an opportunity to bang it around the track with some really nice people, a Red Bull DJ hyping you with the best music to pump you up, a Red Bull energy station to keep you going, finishing with refreshments and a social. We are not inviting everyone, we have booked out the whole track just for us and we are filling it up with good people who want other people to be good.

Whether you’re been on a track before or this is your first time ever we promise it will be a night to remember and you will feel comfortable the minute you walk on.

So if you want to give it everything you’ve got and set a new personal record, or you just want to see what you’ve got in the tank, then book your track pass now.

Spectators are welcome and encouraged because we want all the noise for the runners. When signing up as a spectator we ask for a small donation of £2. On the night there will be refreshments, beers and snacks available for both runners and spectators.

Runners, once you have signed up for your track pass you will later on receive details on how the night will work but please make sure you can be at the track from 6pm.

Back 2 Back Half Weekend

The Back to Back Half Marathon Weekend IS BACK on the 26th & 27th July 2025

Your challenge, your way… (for any keen cyclists, scroll to the bottom for an update!)

No matter your pace or experience you can create your own challenge across the weekend with the option to walk, jog or run the 21km route each day. 

🗓️ The Itinerary:

Saturday:

- 9:30 am: Meet in Herne Bay and enjoy a coffee & refreshments before you begin

- 10:00am: Wave 1 (walking group 4-4:30hrs) set off on the coastal walk to Margate

- 11:00am: Wave 2 (walk and running group 3-3:30hrs) enjoy intervals of walking and running your way to Margate

- 12:00pm: Wave 3 (running group 2-2:30hrs) get ready for a social run or pace yourself if you want the extra challenge!

(wave 2 & 3 there will be a place to hang out and warm up before you start)

Saturday Night Vibes: Arrive in Margate for a celebration drinks and refreshments. Whether you decide to stay the night or head home ready to return for part two of the challenge the next day, you have the option to relax or partyyyy in the local area. 

Sunday:

- 8:00am: Rise and shine, ready for day two of the challenge!

- 8:30am: Wave 1 

- 9:30am: Wave 2 

- 10:30am: Wave 3

CELEBRATION PARTY IN MARGATE! This includes a meal, a drink and a goody bag. We will have a private area for TSYC to socialise and celebrate the challenge. Stick around for the award ceremony before you head home, or maybe stay another night.

Ticket includes:

- 2 x routes that have been plotted out, trialled and tested

- Wave leaders

- Saturday morning kickstart refreshments

- Saturday evening celebration drink and refreshments

- Sunday party - dinner, drink and goody bag included 

*goody bag included if you only do one day (Saturday or Sunday)

If you are doing both days you have the option to get the train to the challenge and back both days or you can book your own accommodation in Margate. Most people do Friday - Sunday. Coming solo? The sooner you book the better as we can group you up with other people to book accommodation with.

Cyclists - want to mix it up a bit? There is now the option to cycle from London to Margate on the Saturday (87miles) this will be led by 2x Say Yes club pacers. You will then join the celebrations on the Saturday. Join the 21k walk, jog or run on the Sunday just book a weekend ticket.

The Say Yes Club Mile 23 Cheer Squad for the London Marathon!

🎉 Join The Say Yes Club Cheer Squad for the London Marathon! 🎉

SHOW UP FOR THOSE WHO SAID YES

This Sunday, we will be at Mile 23 of the London Marathon and if you’re part of the Say Yes Club, this is your invitation to show up in the biggest way.

Because we are the ones that say yes, to the wild ideas, the scary goals, the “what if I actually tried?” kind of moments. And running a marathon? That’s up there!

So now it’s our turn.

To show up for the people who are out there doing the hard thing.

To be there, when legs are heavy and hearts are full.

To remind them why they said yes in the first place.

This isn’t just about cheering.

It’s about being part of something.

It’s about community.

It’s about proving that when you go for something big, you’re never doing it alone.

Here’s what you need to do:

• Come to Mile 23

• Wear Say Yes Club merch (or yellow, white, orange)

• Bring signs, noise makers, your full voice and lungs

• Bring your people. Kids, mates, partners, parents, dogs, cats, everyone’s welcome.

• If you’re running the marathon, tell your friends and family to join us. We’ll hold them while they wait to see you.

Let’s be the reason someone keeps going.

Let’s be the noise that cuts through the doubt.

Let’s show them what YES looks like.
