Welcome to The Say Yes Club Tuesday 5k club 🕺
It’s a pub club, but you have to do 5k to get there. We offer anywhere between 45mins-30mins to complete your 5k, choose your time and the pacers will lead you to the pub!
For anyone who has lost their running spark, has had to take a step back from it, coming back from injury, illness, pregnancy etc etc we always host a the 45mins group as a 5mins light run, 5mins walk over and over until we get to the pub. We know getting back into running or even putting yourself in a social situation can be scary but we can’t stress enough, you never know when you will have to actually say no to this message, so why not Say Yes!
When? Every Tuesday
The buy in? A 5km your way!
How? Walk, jog or run (power walk 50mins down to a 30mins run - pace groups in between)
Where? Start at London fields (What3Words Location: ///that.goes.pencil)
Time? 6:30pm meet, recommend arriving between 18:20-18:30 so you don’t’ miss bag drop!
